I've been tagged :)

Well hello!

I've suddenly found the inspiration to blog again! Either that or I've been tagged... April got bored with my month and a half long retreat from blogging ... so she implored me to post again. When I unintentionally neglected her implores, she tagged me. Now i don't know what the consequences are for ignoring tags... but I'm sure they aren't good.. so here it is! My favorite things ...

Ahem...

My favorite thing about my kitchen is. . .My refrigerator :) It keeps all my frozen food at peak frozen temperature....and it keeps all my perishables ...well... unperished.. It really is a beautiful thing. Runner up would be my dishwasher... it's a very close second. I love putting all the dishes in there , turning the knob and then occupying my time with something else that would have been spent washing the dishes. Most likely i will also waste the time i save but thus time is saved and i waste it doing something i probably enjoy... maybe.

My favorite thing about my bathroom is... My super big bathtub. I mean i don't generally have a hard time fitting in a normal size tub but I like having all the extra room to relax in. I take a bubble bath about once a week. You know to relieve all the stress :)
On another note, Iva discovered last week that the tub is indeed her least favorite thing in the bathroom.

My favorite thing in my bedroom is... My bed. It may only be a queen size but it sure is comfy and it makes it difficult for me to get up in the early morning to go to work.

My favorite thing in my living room is... My television. We have the TV propped up above the fireplace and I watch my favorite shows on it. Right now we're watching all the seasons of that 70's show and it is almost the perfect vessel to do so on. The perfect one would be the projector in the game room that we watch all of our movies on. I would watch more shows on it but I like to be in the living room during the day... and not in the bat cave.
:) I also am very happy with these couches that we got .... they're super cozy.

My favorite thing in the bedroom closet is... a) my clothes and b) that it is a walk-in and I can fit all my clothes in it :) I feel like clothing is what i spend most of my expendable cash on. I really like going into my closet and picking out my outfit for the day.

My favorite thing in the pantry... is not that it's the weirdest shaped space ever designed to be filled with food. The shelves are very narrow yet they go very far back. Now I being a person of a generous 5'2 build cannot reach into the great beyond that is most of my pantry.. so most of the food is towards the front. I am not able to utilize the space as much as Id like to but my favorite thing about it is all the food in it. Thats usually where I store my macaroni and cheese... the one perfect meal.

My favorite thing in the "office" is... my Imac. I love this computer so much. It's a beautiful piece of brilliant proportions. That and my desk it sits on are the sole contents of this office/dining area.

My favorite thing in the baby's room is... well i cannot answer this question as of yet due to the fact that it does not exist right now. I'm sure that when it does, I'll send out an update :)

Everyone I know with a blog has already been tagged! :O It seems that I'm that person that always ends the chains due to insufficient email contacts/ lack of interest. Only this time it is truly lack of blog-tacts that has stinted this tag spread.

Oh Jess...you are hilarious. I am so lucky to have such a funny sister-in-law. Now that you've proved your genius blogging abilities, you will be expected to blog much more often. And...I totally would have made up people to tag....

You just made my day! And I love your new furniture. It looks awesome in your place. When are we invited over to see the bat cave?!?

Ok so this goes right along with your bathroom and your last blog about your cat.
Instructions for cleaning a toilet :

1. Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.

2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

3. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. You may need to stand on the lid.

4. The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.

5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power-wash" and rinse".

6. Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.

7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.

8. The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, and run outside where he will dry himself off.

9. Both the commode and the cat will be sparkling clean.

Ha ha I thought this was so funny.
